Printing attachments from multiple email messages

Using Outlook 2003 on WinXP Pro I was previously able to select multiple
messages in my Outlook Inbox, click File, Print - and making sure "Print
Attached Files" was selected for the Memo Style page layout - I was able to
print the email messages as well as their attachments. For some reason, when
I try to print this way now only the message prints with an icon for the
attachment.

The attachments are copies of faxes sent to an email box from a fax server
and arrive as TIF files to email messages that are in HTML format. I haven't
added any new software or made any other changes to my PC.

Any ideas on what may be preventing Outlook from printing the attachments?

we might be able to help if we knew what the problem was.... what exactly
are you trying to do, how are you trying to do it and what happens when you
try?
