Outlook 2003 startup/shutdown

Since upgrading Office XP to 2003, I can only use Outlook
once. After I close the program I have to reboot before
the program will restart. I have searched the knowledge
bases and can only find that Outlook 2002 has to
uninstalled in order to use OL 2003. This was completed
as part of the upgrade. Any suggestions will be greatly
appreciated.
 
I've got the same issue on a few workstations that were upgraded. Have you found the answer yet
