when a user type an email (HTML) it looks ok on the screen. This happend to
other user and not just one user. When you go to the sent folder and open the
email you will see a larger font in some part of the email. There was not
copy or paste done to the email. Any idea why?

they are not using word editor. The font are usually within the paraghraph.
