Outlook 2003 SP1 clears clipbaord when it starts

Anyone know why clipboard gets cleared when Outlook starts? I can
copy something to clipboard, start Outlook and it is gone when I
try and paste it into a new email. I get a funky looking icon
instead. I know clipboard is empty after Outlook starts because I
try and paste copied text into a text editor and there is nothing
to paste.

If I do the same copy and paste after Outlook is up and running, it
works fine.

How do I fix this annoyance?

This is probably caused by an add-in. Disable all your add-ins and see if it
still happens. Enable them one by one to find the culprit.
