Outlook 2003 sned email I can't see

When I tell outlook to send/rcv, most times it send an email that I cannot
see and have no record of. Ist there a way to stop it from sending, or to see
what it is sending ?
 
Probably read receipts
do not send them:

On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click E-mail Options.
Click Tracking Options.
Never send a response
