We have recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I am trying
to sned a newsletter email to a group. When I select the group to send it
Bcc, I type the email...when I go to send it it throws a Microsoft Office
Word dialog box stating "an internal support function returned an error." It
will not send the email.
I did not have this problem in Outlook Express. In fact, I can go into
Outlook Express and use the same group and process and it works fine.
Any thoughts on what is going on and how to correct it?

how large is the group? Does it also fail if you use the Outlook editor?
(tools, options, mail format)

Thanks for the reply.
The problem DOES occur when using Outlook editor. It just comes up in a
Microsoft Oultook dialog box rather than a Word dialog box.
I would say there are over 100 email addresses in this particular list. Is
there a limit in Outlook that was not there in Outlook Express?
Is there a way to get around it?

there seems to be one. Try sending to approx 1/4 or 1/2 of the addresses and
see if it works. It could also be something else - maybe some HTML code
outlook doesn't support.
