I have a user that said at her previous job she had a Microsoft Word shortcut
(icon) within her Outlook on the advanced toolbar. She would click on the
shortcut and have a brand new Word doc open for her. Does anyone know how to
set that up? I'm stumped. Thanks in advance for your help!!
