Outlook 2003 sending email that don't exist

I deleted two emails from my outbox, but Outlook is still trying to send
them. I have closed the program, opened it again, even turned off my
machine. All to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Create a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles->New.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Scott Maches asked:
