Outlook 2003 Says new emails - none showing?

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have been searching for answers all morning, and its a Friday... :-(

I have 3 users that have an additional shared mailbox in their outlook
2003 profiles. They see the indicator beside the inbox that says they
have 3 unread emails. When opening the inbox, theres no emails
present.

I have logged into the actual mailbox, and see the emails just fine.

I have checked all users for filters that may be set... and set
everyones back to defaults... still nothing.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
