Some users have two annoyances with the limited number of rules you can
have.

Problem 1) How to create a rule so that all email from one site goes
into a folder. For example. any email from house.gov or *.house.gov ?


Problem 2) User is moving email from internal users (ie coworkers,
boss, etc) to a folder called hotlist. Currently he has 1 rule for each
person. Is there a way to say specify everyone on his contacts list
or on our local site gets moved into folder "hotlist"?

1) Use the condition "with specific words in the recipients address"
2) Use the condition "sender is in specified Address Book"

Another way to tackle this without any rules is to create a Search Folder
instead.
