Outlook 2003 rule to delete email after x days.

Is there a way to delete a selected email from selected address if not read
in x number of days. I was thinking agout some sort of rule.

if you go into Tools Rules and Alerts it steps you through the process... It
will do selected addresses, and if depends on if you can define the condition
"selected email" ?

Rules only act on mail as it is received or sent - it does not have any delayed actions, so the answer is no.
