Outlook 2007 Rule Question

Greetings,

I am looking to create a rule that deletes messages that are two -
three days old. I receive many news emails and I have now time to read
all of them but I don't want to delete them when they come in however,
if I have not looked at them or if I have looked at them I would like
them to auto delete after a couple of days. Does anyone have a
suggestion on how to create a rule that would delete certain messages
after a set number of days from when they were received?

A rule can't do that, but autoarchive can.

You'd need a tool like Auto-mate to do that - but if you are just deleting,
use AutoArchive on those folders and set it to run every day or so.
