Outlook 2003 Receive issue

Hello All,

I have configured my business account with outlook 2003. I am able to send email from outlook but when people send an email i cannot receive them in my outlook. But when i login to my webmail, i can see those emails.

Please help me here.

Do you get any errors when trying to receive in Outlook?
