Outlook 2003 Email won't send or receive

I had to reinstall Office 2003 yesterday due to a 'corruption' issue. Now
Outlook 2003 won't send or receive email. I access 5 different email
accounts, and have checked everything to make sure they are set up OK. I have
run the repair utility. I have checked the webmail accounts, and email is
flowing into the accounts. When I try to send a message it sits in the
outbox. When I hit 'send/receive' the Progress log shows email being sent
and received, but nothing shows up in the inboxes and nothing is actually
sent. And yes, I am online.

I am at the end of my rope, and since I am an acountant and this is the end
of a month/quarter, the situation is critical.

Any suggestions?

Enable diagnositc logging and see what's happening when Outlook tries its
send/receive.

Thanks Brian. I did this but can't figure out where the log file is.

The article tells you where to look. Did you read it in its entirety?
And once I have it, what will I know?

You'll know if the entire POP or SMTP transaction completed and what went on
within the transaction.
