Outlook 2003 puts important email in Junk Mail

When I email my wife nearly all my emails go into her Outlook Junk Mail
folder even though my address in Safe Senders List and not in Blocked List.
This is causing matrimonial strife as messages get missed!

Have your wife right click on your message and choose This is Not Junk. Also
check her Rules and Junk List for your domain name.

Sorry should have said I have set This is Not Junk several times and double
checked name is in Safe Senders List

My Mom is having the same problem. Only ALL of her messages seem to be going
to Junk Mail. Here's what I've had her do so far....

We've deleted all of her rules & recreated them.
Repaired Office
She called MS (Aka India.) and they've had her do all kinds of file
replacement and reg hacks

Her office patches are current - she's convinced that the lastest one she
DL'ed though may have caused this....

Short of a reinstall of Office or a format (neither which are an option
since she'd loose all of her settings (and there are many since she lives in
OL) and she's 1000 miles away.

Does anyone have any ideas?? India seems to be of no help.....
