Outlook 2003 on Vista - E-mails sit in Outbox and never get sent

Just installed Outlook 2003 on a new Dell Vista Business computer.
It's connected to our exchange server. Whenever I try to send an e-
mail (internally or externally) it just goes to the Outbox and stays
there. send/receive does nothing.

OWA works fine and I've checked to make sure no security software is
blocking e-mails (i've uninstalled the software).

any help appreciated!
 
1. check the size of your mail box.
2. Check with your Exchange admin for max file size.
3. Try deleting this mail and sending a test mail and see if that works.
4. Try your account from another computer.
