Email sitting in Outbox in Outlook Web Access

Many users have 50 to 100 emails from the last few months sitting in their
Outbox in Outlook Web Access. Their outboxes are empty, however, in the
Outlook 2007 client.

- We are running Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003.
- We use workstations running Windows XP SP3.

The issue is company-wide. Emails delivery is fine; messages are still
sending successfully. I believe many of the emails in the Outboxes are sent
from Outlook client directly rather than Outlook Web Access.
