Outlook 2003 Not Working

I recently installed a user on my laptop allowing my daughter access to
school websites and her gmail account. I tried to log into Outlook earlier
and it gave me the following popup: "Unable to open your default e-mail
folders. The file
C:\Documentsandsettings\xxxxx\localsettings\applicationdata\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst is not a personal folder".

I tried to do a system restore prior to the additional account being setup
and it still isn't working. I'm not a computer genious by any stretch of the
immagination, but I know enough to be dangerous and can't seem to fix this
issue.

Anybody know what I can do to resolve?

Thank you for the assistance.

Did you set up an Outlook profile for the new User? (Control Panel-Mail....)

I have not. I didn't realize I would have to establish an Outlook account for
all users on the computer. I'll try that and see if solves the problem.

Thank you!
