Outlook 2003 not recieving emails

When my sender views a .pdf and then from inside adobe sends it as an
attachment in Outlook my receiver does not get the email at all. The email is
in the senders sent items list but it was not received at all.

If my sender forwards the email from Outlook the receiver gets it just fine.

It just started happening, it's not going into spam or junk...
Any ideas?

This has happenned to me, in a similar scenario. I hope someone replies to
this post.

1. My .pdf is generated from a program.
2. I send the .pdf as email from the document's file menu.
3. Outlook 2003 puts it in the Sent folder and marks it as sent.

Two of my clients have reported back that they did not receive the file.
They checked their spam folders, and assured me that they receive files that
are 2 meg large. I then forwarded the file, and they finally receive it.

I wonder if the solution is to attach the document directly from a New email.

Did they get the message but with no attachment, or did they not get the
message at all? Are they using Outlook as well? Are they on the same
server? Is your sending account POP/SMTP or some other type?
