outlook 2003 kept prompting for password

Hi all. I have a pop3 account on my outlook 2003 in windows xp. I have set to
save my password but every time it does a send/receive it would prompt me for
password. When i check my account settings, the password textbox is blank. I
have tried using a different profile, different pst file, delete and recreate
the email account on outlook, change my email password via webmail, did
office updates, did outlook repair but to no avail. Any idea on how i can
solve this? Thks in advance.
