Outlook 2003: Incomplete Migration from OE Address Book

This is one of the few nuisances keeping me from switching to Outlook, from Outlook Express;

After importing my old Address Book into Outlook's Contacts,
a.. Entries containing more than 3 e-mail addresses obviously get truncated. How to increase the global limit?
b.. Dates, such as birthdays & anniversaries, get lost. Exporting into then importing from a .VCF Business Card seems to restore at least the Birthday.
c.. As far as I know, by default there are no separate web addresses available, for personal & business web pages.
d.. Subfolders from the old Address Book do not get imported.
Overall, the contacts & address management in Outlook 2003 appears to be a huge, clumsy, step backward from Windows XP's default Address Book.

Before I uninstall this grotesque example of a tedious bloated monstrosity, would anyone like to share how to import all the fields from OE Address Book to the Outlook 2003 Contacts folder, in as few steps as possible? Thanks.
Microsoft Sucks.

Outlook and Outlook Express are not related. They have a completely
different user base and use a completely different information store.
Migrating from OE to Outlook is not a common scenario. Accordingly, no one
has developed some other import utility that is more robust than Outlook's
Import Wizard, which I assume is what you used.

Any user who prefers to WAB to Outlook's Contact management should be using
OE.

"Outlook and Outlook Express are not related. They have a completely

Which is exactly why it made perfect sense to have similar names that
suggest interoperability.

"Migrating from OE to Outlook is not a common scenario."

Because people always know they will be purchasing Mircosoft Office Outlook
an year or later after they install Windows, hence never using any of the
free stuff that comes with Windows.

"Accordingly, no one has developed some other import utility that is more

Assumptions: The Mother of All Microsoft ****-ups.

"Any user who prefers to WAB to Outlook's Contact management should be using
OE."

Any user who prefers not to pay for being naive enough should be thanking
software pirates. Remind me of that the next time I decide to purchase any
Microsoft product. Thank you.
