I'm trying to export a contact file from Outlook and there is no option to do
so under the file menu. This is only a problem on one of my 3 computers.
Tried a re-install and checked language settings as suggested on line. Still
no menu. Please help! Thanks, Robert

Install the importers and exporters from the Office CD.

Hi Russ and thanks for the response. I finally figured out my solution last
night: go to Outlook, View, Toolbars, Customize and drag and drop
"Import/export" to the File toolbar. Voila! Success. I'd file this one
away for future reference, for sure. Thanks again, Robert

Toolbar corruption is an uncommon cause. Most users simply have not
installed the feature.
