When you say nothing happens, do you mean that you do not
get the next window that offers you what kind of export you
wish to do? (EX: Comma Separated, Excel, etc.)

On your HELP menu is an option called:
- Detect and Repair
Try running this.

Yes, you are correct that the next window does not pop up. Bascially, it is
like hitting a button on a web page where someone forgot to include the
action. I am using XP Pro and SP2.

Check to see that the all the import/export filters were in fact originally
installed. Rerun your setup --> Add/Remove options and view the appropriate
Outlook options for Import/Export.
