Outlook 2003: How to view full headers?

How does one view an email's headers.

Right click on item in folder and select Options. Internet Headers should
be at the bottom of the dialog.

Alternatively, you can open the email. Go to 'View' within the email, and
select 'Options.' Same exact window will open, just a different way to do
it.

However, if the goal is not to open the email without verifying who it is
from, your method obviates this method.
