When I send a message in Outlook 2003, it sends one to the recepient and one
to me in the Hotmail inbox. How do I stop this. In other words it sends one
to the recepient from me and one to my name in the inbox Hotmail as if I am
the recipient.

Do you have a rule that copies outgoing messages?

Hi, there are no rules assigned apparently because I get this message when I
click rules: It says messages sent using HTTP e-mail cannot be filtered using
outlook rules.

Are you using Outlook Live and the Outlook Connector?
