Use cc and customize email message in outlook 2003

I'm using Outlook 2003 to send mass emails to recepients. My boss wants me
to cc him in all of the emails. How am I going to do this?

Also, in the email message, a unique report for each of the recepients
should be sent. How can I do this? Can I use hyperlink?

1) You can use Mail Merge for this.
2) You can indeed use a hyperlink for this if the recipients can also reach
the location where that hyperlink is pointing too. If not, you'll need to do
a mail merge with attachment using a mail merge addin like;
