Outlook 2003 hangs on closing

When i shut down outlook 2003 it hangs. Any suggestions
on how to fix this?
 
Do you have a 3rd party tools that use, sync, or otherwise manage/protect
outlook data? (e.g. PDA sync software, WinFax, .etc)
