For some reason someone who I work with always starts his outllook in offline
mode. When he switches it he can get everything. All his settings appear to
be correct. What does he need to change. He copnnects to exchange.

And is he always connected to an Exchange server? Was File-> Work Offline
unticked when he last closed Outlook?

Tips of the month:
-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data

Yes he is always connected to exchange. I adjusted that stting but it keeps
reversing backk to offline. This started after he changed his main windows
password. That's what he told me?

I will try that on Monday. Hopefully it will work.

Have you tried it already with a clean mail profile?
