Outlook 2003 error message

When trying to attach a file in Outlook, the computer freezes up and I have
to "end program."

The following message came up in the Send Error Report when I do "End Task":
szAppName : OUTLOOK.EXE szAppVer : 11.0.6353.0 szModName :hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

How can I fix this problem?

FWIW, from the Microsoft side a new Knowledge Base Article (KBA) was
released on Apr 15th.
