outlook 2003 help needed

Whenever I open Outlook 2003, it freezes for no apparent reason. This is
what the error report contains:

szAppName : OUTLOOK.EXE szAppVer : 11.0.6353.0 szModName : hungapp

szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

When I re-open it immediately after ending the unresponsive program, it
(usually) works fine. I usually run Norton Antispam with the program, but
turned it off to see if it was the cause--it wasn't. Any known solutions to
this problem?
Also, my program is always trying to send 5 nonexistent emails using an
account which I have specified as having no sending capabilities! I have
cleaned out all hidden return receipts using Outlook Spy, but it still tries
to send these messages? Any help with this problem???

1) Are you using word as the editor? Does outlook behave better of you open
word first (and dismiss any dialogs that may display)?

2) They are probably read receipts. See

No I do not use Word as the editor.

2) They are probably read receipts. See

No this is not the problem--I checked already with Outlook Spy, and there
are no read receipts trying to be sent. It has to be something else
