Error messages, lockups, great fun

Outlook 2002 locks up many times/day. this program has locked up so many
times over the past 3 years, I would think Bill Gates would call me himself
to stop the reports coming to Microsoft! Just kidding.

Error signature is :szAppName : OUTLOOK.EXE szAppVer : 10.0.6626.0
szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

Error messages include:
C:\DOCUME~1\Bill\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd918.dir00\OUTLOOK.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Bill\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd918.dir00\appcompat.txt

Make sense? What can I do? Thank you so much

What steps have you tried to resolve this?
Under what conditions does Outlook crash/lock?

Thank you for responding. The program crashes/locksup when:

*receiving emails.
*when I attempt to read an email and/or when I attempt to read multiple emails
*when the notice of new mail is displayed and I click on it
*when I click on "about Outlook."

What I do to resolve is end the program after sending messages to Microsoft,
then reboot the computer.

Bill,

I have just posted a msg with the same problems and the same error report
will send the same files as this posting below...the only other differnece is
that i am using Outlook 2003. I am current on all MS updates.
