Outlook 2003, email sent from pst folder does not show up in Sent

Hi,

I have a 'stump-the-tech' question.

I am running Office Professional 2003 with recently installed SP 3.

I have noticed that in Outlook, when I reply to an email that is located in
my .PST Personal Folder, that the email does get sent okay, but it does NOT
show up in my SENT ITEM in my Mailbox.

Instead an email that looks like a 'draft message' shows up in the .PST
Personal Folder that my email message was stored in.

Is there a patch or fix for this?

Note: If I move the same email to my Inbox and send it from there, it acts
normally, and puts the sent message in the Sent Items folder.

Thanks,
Cyndi

Could it be this option is enabled? Tools, options, preferences tab, email
options button, advanced options button - second check box "In folder other
than the Inbox, save replies with the original message".
