Sent Folder to PST file

Emails in my Sent folder, have the name of the person I sent the email to.
When I move my sent files to a .pst file I have created, those names
disappear and my name is put in it's place. Is there a way to keep the names
of the people I sent them to? It is next to impossible to search for things.
