Outlook 2003 Data File. Contents GONE!

In setting up my new profile in WinXP and Outlook 2003, I connected to my
Personal Folders (Data Files). Outlook 2003 has the new Uni-code PST and the
old 97-2002 PST selection. I added to one of my PST files and realized that I
had selected the new uni-code type. I then deleted the entry and added my PST
as old type. When I finished setting up my profile, I opened Outlook and the
PST mentioned was empty. All the previous contents were GONE!
Help. How can I get my content back?

How many .pst files do you have on the computer? Do you still have the old
one from the other computer? Try opening each one in turn to see where your
data lies.

I have a total of 6 PST files. They are all the old type. It was only one
that I did this with and the one I have lost data from. I looked for the data
in the other ones and I also searched for any others that could have been
created and did not find any.

After making a copy of the PST file, I ran Inbox repair tool. It found
errors, but still no data.
