We installed the Outlook 2003 update approx 1 week ago and since then our
Outlook has been crashing randomly, freezing, or becoming unresponsive.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Any error numbers? Anything in the event viewer? Did you reapply the service
pack?

Fool that I am I have been hitting "Don't Send" error report. I'm waiting
for another crash so I can get some error numbers. I have not reapplied the
service pack, I will try that. Thank you for the response.

Sometimes when you send the error report, Microsoft will respond with a link
to a possible solution. Give it a try! Also, check your event viewer to see
if anything's gone off the wall.

I've been getting errors as well and here is the one I got. I also installed
the latest updates. Here's the event.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault
address 0x29db1fa9.

The event ID is 1000. I looked at the KB and didn't see anything for this.

That event number is handy to have and very helpful but there should be
something indicated in the source field. Can you go back and post what it is?

Are you using an Add In such as Snag It which is not Office 2003 compatible?
Are you using any adapters such as a USB adapter for a print server so that
if you try to set the printer as your default and then use it, you crash?
Check for Add-Ins, check for hardware that may have driver issues or
"creative" set ups.
