Outlook 2003 crashes every time I switch profiles... any thoughts?

Hi -
I've got a new computer with Outlook 2003 running on Win XP professional,
with Norton Internet security (including Norton Anti-Spam) running in the
background. I setup 2 separate email account profiles and have Outlook set
to prompt me which to use when I open.

When I open Outlook and choose Profile A, it loads and works fine. If I
exit Outlook, go back into it and choose Profile A, it still loads and works
fine. But, if I were to select Profile B, then Outlook will crash every
time. However, when I re-start Outlook after the crash, and select Profile B
a 2nd time, then it will load and work fine. But the next time I choose
Profile A, then it will crash.

The specific error message I see when it crashes is this:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I've looked all over help and the knowledge base and can't find anything.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
