Outlook 2003 Crash with Sticky Notes when in Large Icon View on W2K

Has anyone ever experienced a repeated Outlook 2003 crash when using
the Large Icon View in Sticky Notes? The other notable problem is
that in "Small Icon" view, only part of the small icons are visible.

If you have a solution for this problem, PLEASE let me know as I have
been trying to get this solved for over a month. At the very least,
it would be good to know what DLL is used to render the icons
themselves.

We have found our solution - the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
Panel\Desktop\Window Metrics\Shell Icon Size was set to a "blank" value.
Removing this key, or setting it to a valid value (32 in our case) solved the
issue.
