Why did I not get a default Outlook 2003 Icon on my desktop when .

I recently installed Outlook 2003 from Windows 2003 Server Small Business
Edition. In doing so, I lost my "default" Outlook icon on my desktop that I
had when I was using Outlook 2002. I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, and
repair without success. The only way to get an icon is to create a shortcut
(looks tacky). Does anyone know why this occurred and does anyone have a
solution to create the "standard" icon that is automatically installed on the
desktop. Thanks.

I did however use the Office\11.0 key in the regsitry for OL2003:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Setup
