Outlook 2003 crahes with PST's

Just installed 3 new servers:

W2K3 + SP1
Terminal Services
Citrix Presentation Manager 3.0 + hotfix R03
Office 2003 + SP1

Outlook 2003 crashes for any user profile that has an ANSI format PST, or
when try to create a new UNICODE PST. This happens on all three servers. I
had to remove all PST's. Tried reparing existing PST's. Tried storing PST's
local to the Terminal Server, etc. Strongly suspect W2K3SP1 and tempted to
uninstall it. Anyone else have this problem? Someone named "Gerwin" posted
on exactly the same issue and config as me in this forum on 6/24/05, but
apparently got no response.

Please help. User want their PST's back, or my head on a spike!

I'm seeing this problem more and more. Have the exact same issue on several
2003 terminal servers with sp1 and office 2003 sp1. no citrix. still no
resolution for me either. We have one server that does not have the problem -
have not been able to determine the difference between the installs - the
working server also has 2003 sp1 and office 2003 sp1.

this is a really big problem since our users can't archive and our Exchange
standard database is approaching 16GB.
