Outlook 2003, can't create a PST file, types of storage empty

Hi Folks,

Citrix PS3.0, W2K3 SP1, Office 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003.

I have an issue whereby we can't create new PSTs for clients on
Citrix/Terminal Server. We can open pst's, just not create them. This is not
a problem on the PCs, just terminal sessions... grr.

When creating a new PST the problem arises when you go to choose which type
of PST file to create under "Types of Storage." the 'type of storage' list is
empty, when it should show:

Personal Folders File(97-2002)
Personal Folders File(Unicode)

I've checked the registry and there is not a DisablePST key. I checked HKLM,
HKCU and the policy key, but it's not been set.

Has anyone else run into this problem before? Any thoughts? please help...
sob sob...

Can anyone please explain to me, or point me in the right direction of what
the DisablePst registry values do exactly?

0 = ?
1 = ?
2 = Can't create new PSTs

thanks..

1 will disable PST usage. Any value other than 0 or 1 is abnormal and undocumented.
