I'm a newbie to Outlook 2003

How do I copy one contact (name, phone, address etc) into an email to
another contact.

TIA
M.

1. Start a new message.
2. Open Contacts.
3. Select the contact you want to attach and drag it to the new message on
the taskbar. Keep holding the mouse button. Wait until the message returns
to the foreground. Move the cursor to the body of the message and release.

Click on the insert button (paper clip icon) and choose insert item. In
outlook 2007, look on the insert tab - choose attach item. Then browse for
it.
