Dermot

When I create a New Contact in Outlook 2003:

Question 1
Is there a way to add pesonal note relevant to the contact....I only see a
way to enter Name, company, Phone numbers, email address.

Question 2
Is it possible to add custom tabs to a contact sheet?...ie a notes tab?

Question 3
How do I add several phone numbers and email addresses to a contact?

Thanks in advance

1. There's a big white box underneath the email/web contact information.
You can put whatever you like in that area.

2. This I don't know, but may not be needed knowing the answer to the above,
though there is an All Fields tab where you can create custom fields.

3. If you need to enter more than one Business or Home number you can click
on the down arrow next to the field titles and select Business 2 or Home 2.
If you need more than that I can't help you.

The big white space is on the right and it is the Notes field.
