new type of phone number in phone number list when adding new contacts

How do you edit the types of phone numbers that appear in the drop
down list in the phone number section of the new contact window? I
would like to add "Voicemail." I am using Outlook 2003. Thanks!

That's not possible.

You can't edit them...they are hard coded.

I want the same thing, MS needs to fix that since so many people I know have
multiple numbers and even emails. They both need to be editable to the user.
