Using Office 2007 & Windows 7 on a Mac using Parallels

In Contacts, when entering phone numbers, they show as xxxxxxxxxx rather
than (xxx) xxx-xxxx. How can I can the default format to be (xxx) xxx-xxxx?

In your Windows 7 instance, set the phone and modem controls settings for
dialing location.
