Copying emails/address to Outlook '03 when Outlook '07 trail ended

We recently purchased a new laptop. The Outlook 2007 trial has finished on my
computer. I have decided I want to use Outlook 2003. Can I copy/tranfer my
emails and email address to outlook 2003. The import/export/copy/cut
functions are all disabled. Can I copy my emails/contacts to another file? If
I uninstall Outlook 2007 and then install Outlook 2003 will my emails and
contacts be lost?

There is no need to do anything other than uninstall Office 2007 trial, and
any other Office refferences in the Add/Remove dialogue, then clear temp
files & reboot.
Finally install Office 2003, it would normally pick up your previous data
file.

PS Niether Import/Export is the reccomended method to deal with native
outlook data
Niether does uninstalling a program do anything to data
