Outlook 2003 - copy messages and address book

I have a new user that will be using the same PC as the former user, but
under a different Windows user logon. What is the best/easiest way to copy
messages and address book from one user profile to another? In case it's
relevant, we are in an Exchange environment.

Well the new user will automatically get access to the GAL, and with regard
to messages, just copy the messages from the old user's mailbox on the
Exchange Server to the new user's mailbox....

You could use Exmerge to do export the old user's mailbox and import it in
the new users mailbox or you can give the new user's account full access to
the old users mailbox then open the old account in the profile as a
secondary mailbox and drag or move items from the old to the new mailbox.
