outlook 2003 calendar and contacts synchronization question

I have outlook 2003 installed in my home computer. I am using IMAP to connect to our company's exchange server to check my company email account. My question is: How can I synchronize calender and contacts between my company email account and my local email account at home computer? (without installing any other software)

You can't with IMAP. Contact your Exchange administrator to see if it's
possible to connect as an Exchange account.

Alternatively, export from your office computer and i mport into the home
computer.
