In Outlook 2007, is it possible to synchronize a personal calendar with a
mail server calendar? I have limited space available on our company mail
server and therefore maintain personal folders on my company laptop. I would
like to synchronize my personal calendar with the mail server calendar so my
PDA can be updated with my current scheduled meetings. etc.

There are utilities that will sync two folders like this, but if the
personal folder is set as your default, the exchange calendar normally sends
the appointments back to the local calendar. I've heard a few say it
doesn't, so you could try it. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync-mail.asp for utilities.

However - rather than set the pst as the default message store, I would set
exchange as default and use rules to move mail to the pst - this keeps
calendar and contacts online so you can sync over-the-air with devices. Use
autoarchive to keep the calendar smaller, if necessary.

What mail server calendar to you mean? What type of server are you using?
