Outlook 2003 and winmail.dat attachments

My Outlook 2003 suddenly and without warning started sending winmail.dat
attachments to my outgoing e-mails. I have everything formatted to
convert to HTML (I need to use this because of the information I'm sending).
I
have uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Someone else in our office uses the same
program and her Outlook 2003 doesn't do that.

Any suggestions as to where I might make changes. I've tried everything I
can think of. Searched the internet and did everything I could. As I
said, I need to use HTML to keep the formatting I'm using. I've been using
this
format for a long time and all of a sudden everything changed.

To everyone. I have tried changing defaults and do a trial sending to my
yahoo account to check it and there is ALWAYS a winmail.dat file attached.
The other secretary in my office does not have the same issues when she sends
from Outlook.
