Outlook 2003 and winmail.dat files

My Outlook 2003 suddenly and without warning started sending winmail.dat
attachments to my outgoing e-mails. I have everything formatted to convert
to HTML (I need to use this because of the information I'm sending). I have
uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Someone else in our office uses the same
program and her Outlook 2003 doesn't do that.

Any suggestions as to where I might make changes. I've tried everything I
can think of. Searched the internet and did everything I could. As I said,
I need to use HTML to keep the formatting I'm using. I've been using this
format for a long time and all of a sudden everything changed.

Asking about Outlook in this .NET programming discussion group is unlikely
to get you much help.
You need to find an Outlook group. Here's how.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Outlook, and find a group
there for your post.
